Hydra-Lock Jacks are unique since they can be locked with no movement of the plunger.

Light springs or air pressure bring the plunger into deflection-free contact with the work piece.

When the part is properly located, the hydraulic line is opened and all jacks in the system are simultaneously locked, providing rigid support in all required areas for machining or grinding operations.

Hydra-Lock Jacks are made in the standard configurations shown on the back of this sheet, or, Hydra-Lock will design and build jacks to suit your requirements.

RECTANGULAR JACK
HLJ-075-1:
Flexible design permits end or fact mounting.

THREADED BODY JACK
HLJ-075-3:
Primarily intended for custom designed fixture with internal manifolding "O" ring seal at inlet is made when jack is screwed in place.

DOUGHNUT JACK
HLJ-075-4:
This design is intended either for arresting motion or locking a shaft (customer supplied) passed through the jack. Ported for single or multiple units. Unlimited travel. Designed for mounting in plate and retained by standard lock screws.

CYLINDRICAL JACK
HLJ-075-5:
This design is intended for mounting in bored holes in jigs, fixtures, etc., and retained by standard lock screws. Tapped holes in plunger permits adding specially designed probe-end to suit your part.
